FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Which coffee machines and brands do you specialise in?

We specialise in commercial coffee machines, including La Spaziale, Sanremo, La Marzocco, La Cimbali, Victoria Arduino and Nuova Simonelli espresso machines, plus automatic bean-to-cup machines from Bravilor Bonamat to Rex Royal — whatever the mix across your sites.

How do I know if a machine needs servicing?

If a machine produces inconsistent or poor results, makes unusual noises, or isn't heating properly, it needs attention. On a planned service programme, we catch these issues at scheduled visits — before your teams have to report them.

What are the benefits of regular servicing?

Regular servicing keeps machines efficient, coffee tasting as it should, and equipment running reliably. Across an estate, it prevents the blockages, worn-part failures and downtime that cost far more than the servicing itself.

What does coffee machine servicing involve?

Thorough cleaning, component checks, descaling and the replacement of worn parts — including cleaning the brew group, adjusting grinder settings, and checking each boiler's temperature and pressure.

How often should commercial machines be serviced?

Every 6–12 months, depending on each machine's workload. On a service programme, we set the schedule machine by machine — so your highest-volume sites get the most frequent attention.

Do you cover all UK areas?

Yes — engineer coverage is nationwide, so single-site and multi-site estates alike are covered under one agreement.

Can you service machines you didn't supply?

Yes. We take over existing estates whatever the brand mix — you don't need to have bought your machines from us to put them on a Redber service programme.

Do you handle PSSR boiler compliance?

Yes — pressure-system inspections are carried out and documented as part of your service programme, keeping every site compliant without your facilities team having to chase it.

How does servicing work across a multi-site estate?

We start with an estate review — mapping your machines, sites and service history — then build a programme scheduled around each site's hours. Visits are logged per machine, and your estate's service record is consolidated into one report and one invoice.
