THE ROASTERY BEHIND
THE UK'S MULTI-SITE OPERATORS

Supplying, equipping and servicing 5,000+ sites nationwide since 2012 — coffee, machines, service and compliance under one account.

FROM SIX SACKS TO A LEADING COFFEE PARTNER

2012

Where It All Began

Redber started in Guildford with one small roaster, six sacks of green coffee and a simple belief: exceptional coffee should be fresh, accessible and full of character.

We wanted customers to discover the variety of coffees grown around the world and enjoy freshly roasted coffee without compromise.

2014

Growing Our Roastery

Demand quickly grew, and within two years we expanded into the unit next door.

We invested in more roasting capacity, added new coffees to our range and continued building Redber around freshness, choice and genuine coffee expertise.

2018

Building for Commercial Growth

As Redber expanded, we moved into larger premises with more production space, offices and warehousing.

This was also when we began investing more seriously in our commercial and wholesale services, supporting offices, cafés, restaurants and hospitality businesses with coffee, equipment and expert guidance.

2023

Reinventing How We Roast

Instead of simply buying another roaster, we asked whether we could build something better.

The result was Aeolus One — Redber’s own air-roasting technology, designed to improve consistency, flavour clarity and efficiency while reducing energy waste.

2026

Looking Ahead

Today, Redber continues to grow as a family-run UK coffee business serving homes and businesses across the country.

From our first six sacks of green coffee to our own bespoke roasting technology, our purpose remains the same: to make exceptional, freshly roasted coffee accessible, reliable and easy to enjoy.

We've never treated coffee as a commodity, and we don't treat customers as accounts. Every business we supply gets the same thing: coffee roasted for them, and a person who answers
